Welcome to La Bastide du Bosquet, a family house classified as an historical monument of the 18th century. Located in Antibes, a beautiful fortified city on the Mediterranean shores, in the heart of the Côte d’Azur. Anaïs, the manager, will welcome you with pleasure and will advise you during your stay. You will be charmed by its quiet environment in a private and secured residence, 3 minutes walk from the sandy beaches of Antibes and 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Juan les Pins.
Renting the Bastide
Enjoy La Bastide du Bosquet in an exclusive way by renting it in family or between friends or even with work colleagues (the house is located 700m from the congresses center of Juan les Pins, 11km from the congress center in Cannes, and 12km from Sophia Antipolis).
Exclusive hire of the house is possible for a minimum stay of 5 nights. You will be able to live to the rhythm of this family home, ideally located, and enjoy it in any season on the Cote d’Azur.
The Bastide can accommodate 12 people maximum (children included, except baby – 2 cots available).
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a large bench, a large coffee table, a high chair, a library, a television, a DVD player and a stereo. At the back of the living room, there are WC. A large dining room with a large table for 12, a chest of drawers, a piano and two armchairs. A large fully equipped kitchen with a table for 6 people, an electric oven, two electric hobs and two gas hobs, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, plates, Cutlery, glasses, dishes, robots and cooking utensils for 12 people.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and household equipment.
On the second floor there are 3 nice double bedrooms, two bathrooms and 3 toilets, a small balcony.
La Bastide is available for rent from mid November to April. Possibility to rent the Bastide at other times on request only.

Access & Location
La Bastide du Bosquet is ideally located in the heart of the Côte d’Azur.
By car, enter the address in the GPS, just know that the « 14 chemin des sables » is the entrance of Domaine des Mûriers, a private domain closed by a coded gate. Do not forget to take the code with you when you come by car or on foot.
From Nice airport, 19 km away, you can reach us:
- By bus with line 250, stop at Juan les Pins « La Régence », then continue on foot and from there walk 1km by joining avenue Courbet, heading south, then turn left on avenue Guy de Maupassant, at the roundabout turn right on boulevard Wilson, then on the left, avenue Georges Gallice, at the roundabout go straight on chemin des sables, until number 14.
- By train, taking direction Cannes, stop at Juan les Pins, then continue on foot taking the Avenue du Docteur Fabre, then left on Boulevard Wilson, on the right Boulevard Baptistin Ardisson, at the roundabout turn left onto “Le chemin des Sables”, until number 14.
From the train station of Antibes, 2km away, you can reach us:
By bus, walk to the center of Antibes, to the bus station, 750m away. From there, take the Bus 30 towards Juan les Pins, and get off at the « Les Mûriers » stop. Walk to number 14.
From the train station of Juan les Pins, 1km away, you can reach us:
- On foot, take Avenue du Docteur Fabre, then left on Boulevard Wilson, on the right Boulevard Baptistin Ardisson, at the roundabout turn left at “chemin des sables”, until number 14.
- By bus, take line 30, get off the Avenue du Maréchal Joffre towards the South, turn right and cross to the stop « Ruban Bleu », get off at the stop « Les Mûriers », walk until 14 Of the chemin des Sables.
